The Marlhes Restaurant has a selection of al la carte and buffet services planned throughout 2019. The menus will be carefully selected and prepared by our students, under the guidance of Chef Teacher/Trainer, Alex Price. Our aim is to showcasing local produce, by developing dishes that allow students to master the key cookery techniques highlighted in their qualification framework. Your support is a vital part of their development as they work towards achieving their hospitality qualifications.
