Our senior students learn valuable skills at Kilmore Primary

10 September 2015

Four of us travelled to Kilmore Primary School in late July and early August as part of our year 11 VCAL PDS (personal development skills) project. There we worked with the children and helped them run games such as, Octopus, Tails, Golden Child, Saving Private Ryan and Scarecrow Tiggy. The grade 3s and 4s really enjoyed us coming and doing sporting activities with them.

It was good to do this as it helped us develop teamwork, and learn how to work well with younger students. We hope to attend St Mary's Seymour and Beveridge Primary School in coming weeks.

We thank the staff of Kilmore Primary for having us and also our teachers Ms Linke and Ms Maskelyne.
