In 2019, the Marlhes Restaurant will provide both buffet and a la carte experiences. A buffet dinner includes a selection of antipasti, seafood and salads with a hot carvery of selected meats, roast vegetables and condiments as well as an international dessert buffet and cheese selection. On a la carte restaurant nights, there will be a three course selection influenced by Italian flavours. On both evenings, drinks will be available at bar prices.
There will also be special lunch events on Wednesday, 27 March (bufffet) Wednesday, 8 May (Mother's Day) and Wednesday, 28 August (a la carte menu)
