In 2018, the Marlhes Restaurant will provide both buffet and a la carte experiences. A buffet dinner includes a selection of antipasti, seafood and salads with a hot carvery of selected meats, roast vegetables and condiments as well as an international dessert buffet and cheese selection. On a la carte restaurant nights, there will be a three course selection influenced by Italian flavours. On both evenings, drinks will be available at bar prices.
