Students aim high in the Australian Mathematics Competition

13 August 2015

Following last year’s success, the Australian Mathematics Competition was held again this year for students in years 7 – 12. Over 200 ACK students participated in the nationally-recognised competition.

Most had a positive approach to the competition, wanting to do their best. We hope to receive some deserving high results which reflect their hard work and admirable effort.

During the term 2 holidays, unit 3-4 Mathematical Methods classes were invited to attend a school-based holiday class. The students showed great dedication and enthusiasm while undertaking the day-long revision session.

We hope all VCE maths students continue to apply themselves this term and aim to achieve their absolute best.
